Delivery

UK Cards & Games does not make a profit from postage and packing. When checking out your order we offer a wide range of postage options for you to choose from including Royal Mail first and second class, Royal Mail special delivery, Royal Mail recorded delivery and for larger items Initial Citylink and Parcelforce 48. All items for shipping overseas are sent Royal Mail signed for with insurance up to £500 to cover any loss.

All items will be packaged securely in Jiffy mailing bags and single cards will always be protected in sleeves and also rigid toploaders to ensure the card arrives in the same MINT condition it leaves the store. A small charge of £0.50 is automatically charged to cover the cost of this and this cannot be discounted or removed. It is important to us that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition and by using this system we can guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase.

We aim to send all items ordered within 2-3 working days of receiving your order, this allows you 24hrs to cancel your order before it is packaged and shipped. Once this 24hr cancellation period is over the order cannot be cancelled. If you wish us to rush an order through this process, please specify when placing your order and we will try to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. If you would like us to send your product by Parcel Force thus ensuring a signature then please select this option in the shipping options.

All goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in installments although this will be avoided if at all possible. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent installments forming part of your order are not delivered by us.

Your order should never take longer than a few days to arrive at your doorstep, but please allow 10-14 days for delivery, as we all know what the UK postal service can be like particularly at times of UK Bank Holidays and other holiday periods. Postage to addresses outside of the UK may take longer and in some cases up to six weeks based on past experience!

Returns and Refunds

* Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order with UK Cards & Games.co.uk. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 14 days of dispatch, with a letter containing the reasen for the return. The Product/s you are returning must be in its original unopened condition, undamaged packaging with all its components. Refunds will not be given if the item has been opened. We only sell officially licensed products and cards. We will consider the overall condition of the Product being returned when making a refund. We will then refund you the price you paid for that product excluding P&P. This does not affect your statutory rights.

* We will make the refund directly to the paypal account used to place the original order within 14 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.

* You will have to pay for the return postage of the Products.

* Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

* Please contact us by telephone (on 07879 073525) or email (at sales@ukcardsandgames.co.uk) to inform us of your wish to return Products. No returns will be accepted if you do not contact us!

* We may allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the package to make the processing of your return as efficient as possible.

* We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be collected by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to:

Security & Credit Card Safety

Security is one of our top priorities and we guarantee to keep all details you supply us confidential.

Unlike many other companies we do not store your debit or credit card details, in fact we do not even get to see them as the transactional part of purchasing from us is handled by Paypal.

Please also be aware that we do not send your card details out with your goods, therefore avoiding any possible security issues in transit.

When you place an order by our secure server, your credit card details are protected from interception. Our servers offer 128-bit SSL3 encryption of data transmissions, so your security is assured whenever you place an order. Depending on your browser, you will see a different confirmation that your connection is secure (on our checkout page). Generally it will be a small padlock at the bottom of your browser.

Please read the following carefully. Your use of the ukcardsandgames.co.uk web site and purchase of the products (or services) ("Products") on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms").

Shopping with UK Cards & Games

* When you place an Order for a Product ("Order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

* When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Product/s purchased. If the Product/s is/are not available we will inform you by email.

* UK Cards & Games may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

* All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Price

* The price for each Product is shown on ukcardsandgames.co.uk and includes V.A.T at 17.5%.

* We always try to make sure that the prices on ukcardsandgames.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

* You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.

* Prices are quoted on ukcardsandgames.co.uk in UK pounds sterling - outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds sterling, and ukcardsandgames.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.

* Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

* You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card, cheque or postal Order.

* If your delivery address is outside the UK and you Order online you must pay by credit card.

* To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

* All Order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the Order differs.

Cheque or Postal Order

* In the UK, you may pay by cheque or postal Order if you wish.

* Please make cheques payable to UK Cards & Games and remember to include postage costs. Please also send us a covering letter detailing your Order, cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount, expiry date, contact details and delivery address.

Availability

* We try to keep ukcardsandgames.co.uk as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular Product will always be available. If we can not supply a Product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.

* All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible after receiving your Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund you the money you have paid for the product.
